Tubby Grumpkins Strikes Again!

I was super surly yesterday after work. Like whoa. to the max.

A total grump-pants.

And I didn't even get anything at all accomplished! Heve you ever had days like that? I didn't want to play video games with aaron, didn't want to watch a movie with him either. Then i was entirely too surly and grumpy and TIRED to do any writing either!!!

So then i brooded about that. How I'm running out of chestnuts to pull from my 'unpublished folder' and how more and more pieces that I begin end up in the "WORK IN PROGRESS" folder. and like, I have some real awesome stuff in the ready-to-go folder, but I was holding off because they have to do with either Avalon's wedding or with the viola\Vaughan\Jonah climax of that whole storyline, and I'm just not ready to go there yet!

Oh, I also have a few maggie & grey things, but that's another story that I'm almost ready to go in order with, you know? Like from the dinner forward I kinda want that to be in order so we can see them struggling to learn to live with eachother and maybe fall in love and see maggie's pregnancy advance and all that.

I have another character written too, Sam Bennett-- you've seen him referenced, but jesus christ is he fun to write, oh and Doc Bennett too, but again, I'm holding off.

So yeah. surly.

today i go into work early because it is a big field trip day! Coco Key water park! hope no one dies. you always hear about these field trips on the news.

Better news is that I get to see my bestie tonight for some girl time! yayz! I think it is much needed. plus, it gets me out of doing the dishes again! I totally failed at doing them last night so... maybe aaron will have a glass of wine and decide to do them whilst I'm out.

Oh yeah, I did manage to shave my legs and such for the field trip today, so yay, but really it was just an excuse to be all surly and broody on my own in the bathtub.  HOWEVER I did get a good start on the Sookie Stackhouse book!

FUNNY!  what a great sense of humor this author has.  I'm digging it.  I'll keep you posted.
